We are a close-knit team of hands-on experts, with broad skills ranging from business to IT, delivery-focused, and with a common experience of more than 15 years on projects. Who are we?

Dominique Masutti
INPG engineer, expert in IT and business transformations; former head of Talan, he has been involved for more than twenty years in defining and implementing IT architectures and business solutions in large Groups. Within GREENGAGE, he structures project packages, particularly in terms of financing, such as the launch of a new business activity through a joint-venture with GEFCO Group.
Nicolas Samson
Engineer Supélec, he has been working for twenty years on the major transformations of the transport sector. He knows every detail of the European railway environment. At GREENGAGE, he is in charge of the software publishing business, materialized by CRX Software, publisher of RailCube.
Nicolas Thomas
A graduate in computer science, he is an expert in the development of information systems. He has over twenty years of experience on major projects to overhaul production information systems. Within GREENGAGE, he supervises in particular the entities related to development and IT infrastructure, respectively CYLAO and LEVELSYS.
Jérôme Louf
Engineer Ponts et Chaussées, Master Finance of the London School of Economics, he has been working for fifteen years with actors of Transport and Insurance, steering large projects. Within GREENGAGE, he supervises in particular the entity dedicated to consulting, KERN CONSULTING.
Gabriel Allaigre
Master in computer science, he is an expert in fullstack development. He has been developing various web, mobile and standalone projects for 15 years. At GREENGAGE, he is the technical architect of the solutions, from the choice of the technical stack to the implementation of continuous integration and continuous deployment, testing the latest innovations. With him, we have the guarantee to never miss a new techno.
Nicolas Melisson
A graduate of the École Polytechnique, he has been working on major projects with Transport stakeholders for the past 15 years. At GREENGAGE, he is the architect of solutions, he models the business, processes and organizations. With him, functional design regains its nobility.
Jean-Michel Ceccaldi
A graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications and of London Imperial College, he has some 15 years of experience in business transformation projects. He is the «product» man, focused on the optimal use of solutions in production. He brings business and IT closer together. He is a “test and learn” proponent: real conditions of use rather than endless discussions about design.

Validate willingness
A project is above all a matter of will and men. If there is a ROI but no desire, it is better not to go there. Conversely, a strong intuition can sometimes be quite sufficient justification!

Overcome constraints
Under the pretext of mastery, projects are too often crushed under technostructures, when they are not left to methodologists. Each year, the literature is enriched by standards, indicators and other project methodologies: has the success rate increased? Let’s keep it simple, let’s trust the teams and their experience… and let’s make it short!

Get the ball rolling
How many projects do not see the light of day because of an inability to act? Doing is a profession, as noble as thinking. It is not given to everyone and requires a broad set of skills. And let’s keep in mind that there is no ideal solution. The important thing is to choose (in consciousness obviously) and test one.

Hold out !
To take action is to confront reality. And so to discover one’s mistakes, to accept them, to correct them. All those who have made projects know this: switching to production is a considerable accelerator that opens a period of rapid progress because necessary. But you have to hold on, have a solid team on understanding the business and mastering IT.

Be at one
Let us remember that large projects are up to men: no need to be numerous to make large projects successful. Quality and responsiveness rather than quantity.
